The web templates on our site are not for resale,
and are Royalty protected. Once purchased you are able
to use the web template for business, corporate, or
personal use. This includes the design of a website
using a web template for another person whether you
are a designing a site for a client or a friend. However,
we will not tolerate infringement of these copyrights
and will result in immediate civil and criminal actions
seeking the maximum penalties for all infringements.

Exlclusive Licensing:
Exclusive purchase guarantees that you are the last
person to buy this template. After an exclusive purchase
occurs the template is permanently removed from our
website and will never be available again. Only you
and people who bought or downloaded the template with
our subscription plan before you, will have access to
that particular design. When you purchase a web template
with exclusive rights you also gain resell rights
to that particular template (this is ONLY offered on
EXCLUSIVE purchases!) We then remove that web template
from our collection, including each color of that style.
Depending on the web template you have chosen you
could have ten different colored web site designs! Once
purchased you will be able to download the collection
in the download area, when you are logged in.
Web Tools:
All Web Tools such as Message
Boards, Guest
books, Chat,
etc. are considered services of Templates Resource and
are not available for resale.

all rights, we will no longer list that website
template on our site or use that website template
for resale in any other way. We do reserve the
right to place all of our work in a portfolio
or other similar forms of documentation that would
show "work that we have completed."
