LICENSE

For regular nonexclusive purchases, TemplatesResource.com grants you a limited license in accordance with these terms of use (the "license").

USAGE
The templates may be used only by you for any of your projects whether commercial or private. This means that you are free to use the templates as part of your clients project, your own projects or in a project where a third party was hire to work on your project
LIMITATION
Without the "Exclusive Rights" license, you may not offer these templates for redistribution or resale. You are only granted one-time-use license for each template. You expressly understand and agree that under no circumstances will Templates Resource be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted through the site, and Templates Resource shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of revenues or profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.
UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place our templates or modified our templates on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution , free, resale, or part of your online tools.
ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from TemplatesResource.com.
OWNERSHIP
You may not claim our templates or images as your own work. Copyright ownership remains with TemplatesResource.com

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

In no event shall TemplatesResource.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the pictures from TemplatesResource.com.

NO RESALE/RESELL OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

The templates may be used for your own and/or your customers' websites, but you may not put them on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale. This means that if you are a web developer and consultant you are free to use the templates in the design of your customers' websites. However the templates may not be resold in any sort of collection, such as distributing to a third party via CD, diskette, or letting others to download off your websites, etc. You may not edit the template and then sell it, in anyway. In any way if you do not abide by these terms, Templates Resource will prosecute to the highest extent possible. Templates Resource does offer an affiliate program inwhich you are free to join and sell the templates using our web template display scripts or by linking to Templates Resource with your own Affiliate ID. Templates Resource also offers the ability to purchase web templates that DO include all rights, including resell rights at the higher pricing listed with each web template.

RESPONSIBILITY

The user agrees that TemplatesResource.com provider is not responsible, and shall have no liability to such user, with respect to any information, product or service offered by others who are linked to TemplatesResource.com website. TemplatesResource.com shall not be liable for any damages allegedly sustained arising out of use of the information, products and services.

REFUND POLICY

Since TemplatesResource.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds or the return of template(s). ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The requirements for downloading and editing templates are clearly stated, so make sure that you have the software required before you purchase the template. Prior to your purchase you have the opportunity to download our Free Monthly Web Template and ask us questions to make sure that the template suits your needs - no refunds will be given on the basis that the template does not meet your requirements. We do make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

If you have a problem with your purchase and do not contact us prior to taking actions against us, you will be charged the chargeback fee that has occured. We strongly discourage this form of action and recommend you contact us regarding your purchase and any problems you may have.

ROYALTY FREE

In this agreement, is defined as your right to purchase any of our products for a one time fee without having to pay any further commissions to us for using our templates for multi-websites design. This DOES NOT mean you are purchasing the right to resell our products.

AFFILIATES

In no form of manner do we allow the process of referring yourself in order to save money or get a better deal. If we find this activity to take place your earnings will be removed for that particular sale. If we find this process repeated your affiliate account and membership with Templates Resource will be terminated.
